The Northeast of Brazil is the nearest area to Europe of the whole American continent.
More and more air companies include Brazil in their destinations, because of the growing touristic demand in Europe and the rest of the American countries.

From Europe there are many conections from Madrid, Barcelona, Frankfurt, Lisboa, London, Milan… to cities like Fortaleza, Natal, Recife, Maceió, Salvador
de Bahía......

The prices depend on the different seasons of the year, being October and November the cheapest months to travel for Spanish people.

The Brazilian summer, from the end of the year until January and February (we have to
bear in mind that we are in the Southern Hemisphere), are the hottest and most crowded months. Apart from the national Brazilian tourism we have to add the foreigners who are
looking for the sun and the heat (around 30ºC ), avoiding the cold countries of Northern
Europe, and they do not want to miss the Brazilian Carnival that define the end of the
summer. It is the best season to visit the country.

The following months include the rain seasons and slightly lower temperatures
(around 25ºC ). It is autumn in Brazil. These months are recommended for those who wish
to find some calmness and to enjoy especially the Brazilian daily lifes, the kindness and
sympathy of the people, their gastronomy and night life.

June, July, August and September are the highest tourism season in Europe, therefore
these will be the months with more European tourists. It is winter in Brazil.
The temperatures are very nice (around 22ºC) and the sun is always shining.

October, November and December are transition months, without rain, sunny and with
good temperature. It is springtime in Brazil.

These are the best months to practice some sports like surf, windsurf, kitesurf and sailing,
as in this time of the year the wind is present in many beaches of Ceará.
